We provide the restaurant, staff and awesome food and you provide hungry people. On your event date, 15% of your guest’s bill will be donated directly back to your organization.  It’s a great way for your team, club, or class to have fun,

eat delicious food, and raise money! 

Dine to Donate can be scheduled Monday through Thursday.

  • Dine to Donate events can only take place Monday through Thursday.

  • Guadalupe's will donate 15% of any check on the day of your event that is accompanied by a valid Dine to Donate flyer for your organization.

  • All guests must have a copy of your personalized flyer to receive the 15% donation.

  • Guests must dine in for their purchase to count toward the fundraiser.

  • Dine to Donate flyers must be distributed prior to your event. Flyers cannot be handed out during the event or by standing outside and handing them to customers as they enter the restaurant.

  • Please schedule your event at least 4 weeks in advance to give your organization time to promote your event and distribute flyers.

  • Please allow two weeks after the event to receive your donation. Proof of 501c3 status will be required.

  • Not valid with any other discounts, offers, in-store specials, or SCRIP gift certificates.



  • Print, e-mail, and distribute your personalized flyer to friends and family members, along with members of your organization and encourage them to join you in raising money for your organization.

  • Use social media and other tools to get the word out about your event.

  • Give reminders as your event gets closer to keep your guests in the loop.

  • Encourage others to bring guests. More people means more going towards your donation!
