Our flour tortillas, exclusive Mexican lime lager beer, and bottled IPA beer are the only menu items that contain gluten.
Our White Corn Tortillas and White Corn Tortilla Chips have a gluten free ingredient list, but they are made in a facility that also processes wheat.
Please refer to the list below for gluten free recipes. And feel free to ask our team members to change their gloves if you are worried about cross contamination with gluten.

If you are following a gluten-free diet, please avoid our Flour Tortillas. Our White Corn Tortillas and White Corn Tortilla Chips have a gluten-free ingredient list, but they are made in a facility that also processes wheat.
Our Fryer is used for the White Corn Tortilla Chips and nothing else. Feel free to ask the team to heat up your White Corn Tortilla on the flat top griddle to avoid cross contamination with our Flour Tortillas.
